The Boon Trove is what has made this possible. This little guy is a manual breast pump. It uses passive suction on the opposite breast baby is feeding from. It catches the letdown that would otherwise be wasted.

I am not a big fan of electric pumping- takes too much time and too much washing for me. But I do need a freezer stock for when I return to work. The Boon Trove has been the answer!
